Guatemala Taste Test: Mellow, smooth and smokey with a hint of cocoa. Well balanced in flavor and leaves a pleasant bitter-sweetness on the palate. No burnt flavor was detected which is rare these days.

Guatemala Feel Test: The overall flavor intensity is nice, it comes on strong and just keeps rolling so you taste it and taste and taste it after each sip. The buzz was a nice quality also. Not too much where you are wired or jittery but you definitely know you had espresso. A solid get things done kind of buzz without any feeling of being in a rush. The euphoria in some ways actually eclipses the buzz for a time. The ride is a constant and gentle ride up up up and lasted a long time before dropping you back down.
