Mount St. Helens being an active volcano is also an active earthquake site and is interesting to monitor. The subduction zone off shore in the pacific can have large earthquakes also. Be aware that most earthquakes do not cause damage but some do. It is not unusual, for example, for there to be a 4.0 earthquake in the subduction zone off shore of the Oregon coast that does not create a Tsunami.
