It's That Deer Time Of Year In Florence Oregon

It's June 15th and we have spotted the little spotted deer. One of the great treats of living in Florence Oregon is seeing the deer. Seeing the little ones is even more of a treat. The deer shown are wild deer grazing in a field.

We had caught site of them earlier but did not have a photo opportunity. This was our first chance of the year so we took quite a number of photos. We got to watch them run around and play also. Plus we got to see the mother deer fend off other deer.

Canon EOS 5D

The Canon EOS 5D is an exciting camera to use. We also tried to get this shot with a high end Canon G10 point and shoot. The images from the G10 were suitable for use at a smaller size and great images for a point and shoot.
