Pure water, bamboo tooth brush, Himalayan pink salt in pure glass...
"The little animal on the hand carved scoop is fun too..."
Do not use too much salt or it can make you hiccup. Cover the first half inch of a tea spoon with the salt as a place to start. Sea salt also works. Note the ratio, the small beaker (100ml) of pure water to a half inch on a teaspoon (not a tablespoon) is a great place to start to find your perfect ratio. Dump the salt in the water and stir with you tooth brush then brush your teeth. We find that the beaker is a nice amount to brush our teeth, rinse our mouths and then pore over the tooth brush as a rinse for the brush. As an experiment I did not wash my tooth brush for a few months. I only pored salt water (this was before trying the pink salt) on it as a rinse. After a few month I pored peroxide on the bristles and there was no fizz like you would have with bacteria! Use at your own risk, but I like it. We would not suggest a bamboo tooth brush unless you are willing to sand it from time to time the water "raises the grain" as they say in the wood working field.
In the classic sense, salt water this healer of the gums and soother of tooth problems. This lead me to make it as my one in only tooth paste - but I ditched the paste part. I do not need anything in a paste form. I do not need toxic aluminum tubes or even plastic that leech into the paste or that I have to throw away. I tried to invent the zen of dental care. Something people could do world wide.
