Chemtrails Between Florence And Yachats Oregon On 6/23/2009?

There was a lot of talk around Florence about health symptoms stemming from Chemtrails observed on May 27th of 2009. On June 23 2009 the same kind of patterns appeared in the skies between Florence and Yachats just off shore.

Observers noted that it is rare to ever see even the common Contrails in that part of the sky, and never that low. In fact, it is rare to see much of anything fly by other than the Coast Guard helicopter.

A few times a year you might see an ultralight or even a biplane.

Now and then you might see military, police or news helicopters fly by but they are usually quite noticeable as they are so loud. No loud crafts were heard to go by other than the Coast Guard and their craft could not have left the patterns that were seen?

The trails spread out and ended up changing the color of the light from the sun and also creating an odd rainbow effect in the haze.

    Did you see the trails?

Chemtrails In Florence And Reedsport Oregon On 5/27/2009?

There is a lot of talk around Florence about health symptoms from Chemtrails on June 27th of 2009.

A number of people ended up sick enough they could not make it to work at some locations. VitalBodies did not see the trails as we were not in the areas they were photographed so we can not really comment. We did hear that the news made the local paper. We did not see the article or the trails did you?

Below are some of the first hand photos and comments that we found doing an Internet search.

  • Where To Take E-waste Like TVs In The Florence Area?

Where To Take E-waste Like TVs In The Florence Area?

Recently VitalBodies was asked where to take E-waste like old broken TVs in the Florence area.

    recycle_button_round_100x100

The answer is simple – The Dump. Luckily the dump In Florence is not really a dump but a transfer site and recycling center.

They are now taking many types of E-waste free of charge!

Old TVs have fire retardants and heavy metals inside and are radioactive at the very least.

Many people remember when they did not take E-waste so the transfer site is not the first place they might think of.

Have other recycling tips and suggestions?

Are You Recycling Compact Florescent Bulbs?

They contain small amounts of Mercury so we all should be, but where do we take them?

    recycle_button_round_100x100

True Value Hardware, Ikea, and Home Depot take them and other Hardware stores might be accepting them also.

Do you know anywhere else that is accepting bulbs for recycling? Leave a comment and tell the world…

  • Real Food Coop In Florence Oregon Needs Natural Flooring.

Real Food Coop In Florence Oregon Needs Natural Flooring

The Real Food Coop is moving to a new location. The new location needs flooring to replace the existing carpet.

    real_foods_coop_flooring

There are many considerations in choosing flooring like budget, what reclaimed materials are available and the general average moisture content of the floor in the new location.

Most flooring specialists suggest using a moisture meter and many would claim that a meter is absolutely essential for solid hardwood flooring.

Generally one meters the new flooring before installation also to determine if the flooring is at the correct moisture content.

Reclaimed materials that can be used for flooring would be the first choice and anyone with suggestions should contact the coop.

The Coop is currently located across from Honeyman Nursery on Highway 101 South, just a couple of miles south of the Siuslaw River Bridge that crosses over Old Town Florence.

If solid hardwood is not the ideal choice, VitalBodies suggests considering a “floating floor” that is neither nailed down or glued down so that the COOP can take the flooring with them should they ever move again.

Most floating floors need the underlayment to be brought to the point of being flat, with some kind of grout-like leveling compound and the moisture level needs to be within spec of the flooring that is being installed.

There are many kinds of natural flooring materials these days including bamboo, hard woods, Marmoleum, and more.

Did you know that there is (or was) a natural flooring shop next door to Oceana Coop in Newport Oregon?

  • Earth Day Everyday For Lakes, Ponds and Reservoirs

Earth Day Everyday For Lakes, Ponds and Reservoirs

More and more lakes are having issues and problems with so called “Blue Green Algae”.

According to the Wikipedia it is actually a bacteria rather than an Algae:

Cyanobacteria, also known as blue-green algae, blue-green bacteria or Cyanophyta, is a phylum of bacteria that obtain their energy through photosynthesis. The name “cyanobacteria” comes from the color of the bacteria (Greek: κυανός (kyanós) = blue). They are a significant component of the marine nitrogen cycle and an important primary producer in many areas of the ocean, but are also found in habitats other than the marine environment; in particular cyanobacteria are known to occur in both freshwater,[2] hypersaline inland lakes[3] and in arid areas where they are a major component of biological soil crusts.

Many lakes are struggling with toxic blooms that can endanger people, wild life, water supplies, resources and property values.

What can be done in an “Earth Day Every Day” way?

Solar power and solar enable the lake!

    solarbee_bga2

Solarbee offers a solar powered solution to Blue-Green Algae (cyanobacteria) that provides Long Distance Circulation and aerates the lake.

How is this said this help?

    • Prevent & control harmful blue-green algae blooms.
    • Reduce taste and odor problems in drinking water.
    • Reduce public health issues due to cyanotoxins.
    • Improve aesthetics, water clarity and biodiversity.
    • Improve dissolved oxygen (DO) and pH levels.
    • Prevent accumulation of Mn, Fe, H2S and methyl mercury from bottom waters.
    • Reduce invasive aquatic weed growth.
    • Improve fish habitats and prevent fish kills.
    • Economical for lakes and reservoirs of any size, whole or partial lake treatment.
    • Near-laminar flow impacts up to 35 surface acres (14 hectares) per unit.
    • Can be deployed to treat the epilimnion and/or hypolimnion.
    • Day and night operation using solar energy, requires minimal maintenance and no infrastructure changes.

    Visit http://www.solarbee.com/freshwater.html

This solution could possibly work for small towns like Dunes City, Ada, Siltcoos Station and Westlake for fresh water lakes like the Siltcoos near Florence Oregon that only occasionally have algae blooms and for many others that also do not want to dump toxic copper or the like into the lake since those methods do not work anyway and are expensive.
